B2B SaaS Marketing Lead
- Hybrid
- Amersfoort, Utrecht, Netherlands
- Business Team
Drive BIQH's market presence by leading campaigns, thought leadership and sales-enabling marketing initiatives.
Job description
Financial institutions depend on accurate and well-governed market data. Over the past years, BIQH has built a strong foundation in helping them gain control over their market data landscape. Our approach is increasingly recognised in the market, leading to growing visibility, awareness and word-of-mouth across the European financial sector.
We are now entering the next phase of our growth and are looking for a Marketing Lead who ensures that our positioning is consistently translated into campaigns, events, content and commercial activities. You take ownership of marketing execution, bring structure to our go-to-market activities and help ensure that marketing contributes directly to commercial growth.
You work closely with the Business Director, Account Executive and Product Marketer to ensure that BIQH's marketing activities are focused, consistent and commercially effective. You take ownership of the marketing elements of our sales & marketing plan, helping to turn ideas into campaigns, content, events and tangible commercial outcomes.
You enjoy both thinking and doing. You are comfortable challenging input, structuring information and driving initiatives forward. As you grow in the role, you will play an increasingly important part in strengthening how BIQH's positioning, messaging and market expertise are translated into customer-facing activities and commercial opportunities.
What you will be responsible for:
You take ownership of BIQH's marketing activities and ensure that our positioning, market expertise and commercial objectives are consistently translated into campaigns, content, events and customer-facing communication.
Own the marketing elements of our sales & marketing plan and ensure initiatives are executed effectively and consistently.
Work closely with sales to translate market developments and commercial opportunities into targeted campaigns, content and events.
Strengthen how BIQH's positioning and messaging are reflected across our website, presentations, sales collateral and other customer-facing materials.
Translate complex market data topics into clear, relevant and compelling content for financial institutions.
Drive the planning and execution of roundtables, webinars and other thought leadership initiatives.
Improve and maintain the quality, consistency and effectiveness of our website and digital presence.
Contribute to the generation of qualified commercial opportunities by increasing BIQH's visibility, credibility and relevance within our target market.
Monitor market developments, customer feedback and industry trends, and translate insights into concrete marketing initiatives.
Identify relevant industry developments and commercial opportunities, and take ownership of turning them into campaigns, content, events and sales enablement activities that support commercial growth.
Manage external agencies and suppliers where required, ensuring high-quality delivery and commercial relevance.
Work closely with and support our Product Marketer, helping to prioritise activities and maintain a consistent level of quality across marketing output.
Continuously explore how AI can improve the effectiveness, quality and scalability of our marketing activities.
Job requirements
What this role looks like in practice:
No two weeks are exactly the same. One moment you are working with the Business Director and Account Executive to turn a relevant market development into a focused campaign. The next, you are improving website content, refining sales materials or preparing a roundtable for clients and prospects.
You work closely with sales to ensure that marketing activities support commercial conversations and help create opportunities in the market. You regularly translate complex market data topics into content, events and customer-facing materials that are relevant and useful for financial institutions.
At the same time, you coordinate priorities with our Product Marketer, work with external suppliers where needed, and ensure that marketing output remains consistent, professional and aligned with BIQH's positioning.
What you bring :
3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing or a comparable role.
Ambitious, curious and eager to take ownership of a broad marketing role within a growing fintech company.
A strong ability to turn complex topics into clear and commercially relevant content, campaigns and communication.
A hands-on mentality and the drive to get things done, not just plan them.
The ability to independently organise and drive multiple initiatives at the same time.
An interest in commercial topics and a willingness to work closely with sales on campaigns and market opportunities.
Experience with content creation, website management and marketing campaigns.
Proven ability in applying AI tools to improve marketing quality, productivity and effectiveness.
Professional fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
Experience in fintech, financial services or market data is an advantage.
What we offer :
Gross salary between €55,000 and €65,000 per year (excluding holiday allowance), depending on relevant experience and track record.
The opportunity to take ownership of a broad marketing role and make a visible impact within a growing fintech company.
Eligibility for participation in our Virtual Stock Unit (VSU) program after 7 months of employment.
We start with a 12-month contract, with the intention to continue with a permanent agreement upon mutual satisfaction.
27 paid days off (full-time basis), pension scheme, annual education budget and hybrid working.
The possibility to work from our Motivation Center in Piedmont, Italy.
