The position of the Business Analyst at BIQH

You will be part of our international business team of 9 professionals. With new clients joining us this year, it's the perfect moment to strengthen our business team. Your role is diverse, focusing on both product analysis and data/business analysis:

Product Analysis & Requirements Gathering – Product-Based (Approx. 50%)
You’ll work directly with our clients and products to set up market data infrastructure using our GraphQL API Suite. You'll:

• Analyze client questions and transform them into internal product requirements.

• Support sales in understanding prospect needs and translating them into future roadmap items.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and development teams to ensure alignment between product features and client expectations.

Business & Data Analysis & Requirements Gathering – Solution-Based (Approx. 50%)
You’ll also handle solution-specific data analysis, where your task is to:

• Understand customer data requirements and align them with our platform’s capabilities.

• Define how clients receive, process, and integrate data in formats such as JSON or XML.

• Write structured business requirements that guide our delivery team.

Whom are we looking for as our new Business Analyst

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical team player who’s ready to help shape the future of fintech. Someone who thrives in a dynamic scale-up environment where not everything is set in stone – and that’s exactly what excites you.

You ideally bring:

• 0–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/Customer relationship role.

• A strong analytical mindset – you enjoy breaking down complex questions and translating them into structured, actionable input.

• Excellent communication skills – you're comfortable talking to clients, developers, and commercial teams alike.

• A curious, entrepreneurial spirit – you don’t wait for instructions but take ownership and spot opportunities for improvement.

• A solid understanding of requirements gathering and documentation, including writing user stories.

• Fluent in Dutch(Written and Spoken)

• Interest in (or experience with) financial data, market data platforms, or trading infrastructure is a big plus.

• Experience working in agile teams and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is an advantage.

• A willingness to learn and grow, especially in a specialized field like market data and fintech.
