Job description
Are you ready to grow your marketing skills in a fast-moving fintech environment? BIQH is looking for a Junior Marketer who’s eager to learn, create engaging content, and help grow our presence across Europe. This role is ideal for someone with 0 – 2 years of experience who’s passionate about content, digital marketing, and technology, and who wants to make a real impact from day one.

The Position of Junior Marketer at BIQH
As Junior Marketer at BIQH, you’ll be part of our business team, helping us reach new clients by delivering top-tier content and campaigns. Your mission is to strengthen our market presence, tell our story, and turn marketing activities into measurable impact. Your work will combine creativity, structure, and hands-on execution. You’ll help turn ideas into action and content into results, with clear support and feedback to help you grow.

Job requirements
Your Main Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation (50%) 
You will help shape and execute our content strategy. Together with the team, you plan and create new materials that tell our story in a clear and appealing way. From writing blogs to preparing product stories and visuals, your work will contribute to how BIQH is seen by our clients and prospects. You also play a role in keeping our content calendar on track and ensuring all materials are consistent with our tone and brand.
Your tasks include:
- Creating and editing blogs, posts, presentations, and case studies. 
- Supporting the organisation of webinars, newsletters, and events. 
- Translating complex financial topics into clear, easy-to-read content. 
2. Content Distribution, Automation & Brand Building (25%)
You will help us reach and engage the right audiences online. This includes learning to use tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn to share our message effectively. You will be involved in setting up email campaigns, improving SEO results, and using data to adjust and improve our marketing activities.
Your tasks include:
- Publishing and monitoring content on LinkedIn and our website. 
- Using HubSpot for email campaigns and marketing automation. 
- Analysing content performance and suggesting improvements. 
3. Collaboration & Insights (25%)
You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Product, and Management to align communication and messaging. You will gather insights from the market, spot new ideas, and help keep our content relevant and consistent. You will also contribute to making sure BIQH’s tone of voice stays recognisable and authentic.
Your tasks include:
- Keeping track of market data and marketing trends. 
- Working closely with the rest of the business team and collaborating in projects. 
- Researching competitors, customers, and partners to gather insights into how well BIQH is performing. 
Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a proactive, curious team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Must-haves:
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communication, or a related field. 
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO/WO). 
- Strong writing and editing skills in Dutch and English, with attention to structure and clarity. 
- Organised, curious and eager to develop in digital marketing. 
- Interest in fintech, data and/or technology 
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, or similar tools. 
- Interest in using GenAI tools for content creation (experience is a plus, not a requirement). 
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media, or analytics tools.
