Marketing Manager

  • Hybrid
    • Amersfoort, Utrecht, Netherlands
  • Business Team

Own and shape BIQH’s market positioning, turning complex data into clear messaging while driving account-based growth, events, and sales impact in a high-ownership, strategic marketing role.

Job description

Financial institutions depend on accurate and well-governed market data. Over the past years, BIQH has built a strong foundation in helping them gain control over their market data landscape. Our approach is increasingly recognised in the market, leading to growing visibility, awareness and word-of-mouth across the European financial sector.

We are now entering the next phase of our growth and are looking for a Marketing Manager who ensures that this momentum is translated into a clear, consistent and commercially effective market presence. This is not a role focused on campaigns or channel management. It is a role for someone who takes ownership of direction, not just execution.

You work closely with the Business Director, Account Executive, and our other Product Marketer. You are responsible for developing a tactical and operational marketing & sales plan and the execution of it. You make sure that marketing delivers against its defined goals and actions.

You act as the central point between sales, account management, product, external agencies and the market. You are comfortable challenging input, structuring it and translating it into concrete actions. This role suits someone who combines ownership with commercial thinking and is motivated by improving how a company operates in the market over time.

As you grow, you will take on more strategic responsibility in how BIQH is positioned and how marketing contributes to our commercial development, working closely with the Business Director.

What you will be responsible for :

You take ownership of how BIQH’s proposition is defined, communicated and brought to market, ensuring that marketing directly contributes to commercial outcomes across our target markets in Europe.

  • Strengthen how BIQH is positioned and recognised in the market and in commercial conversations

  • Translate complex market data challenges into clear and compelling messaging, ensuring consistent application across all communication

  • Own the development and execution of the sales & marketing plan, with a strong focus on account-based marketing and high-touch engagement within defined target accounts

  • Drive the role of events, roundtables and thought leadership as core elements of our go-to-market approach

  • Develop and activate partner-driven marketing initiatives that open doors and strengthen BIQH’s credibility in the market

  • Contribute to a steady flow of qualified inbound opportunities by strengthening BIQH’s visibility, credibility and presence in the market

  • Create and improve commercial content that directly supports sales conversations (presentations, website, sales enablement)

  • Lead and direct external agencies, ensuring they deliver against clear commercial objectives

  • Monitor market developments, competitive dynamics and customer feedback, and translate these into concrete improvements in our go-to-market approach

  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day direction and output of the junior Product Marketer

Job requirements

What this role looks like in practice :

You might spend your time working on different aspects of our go-to-market approach. One moment you are refining how we position BIQH in an upcoming client conversation, the next you are translating that into clear and effective communication across our key touchpoints.

You work closely with sales and account management to strengthen how we approach specific target accounts, while also contributing to the preparation of a roundtable or industry event. At the same time, you ensure that ongoing marketing activities remain aligned and focused, and that output from the junior Product Marketer is consistent and effective.

Throughout the week, you continuously evaluate what works, where we gain traction in the market, and where adjustments are needed to improve our overall commercial approach.

What you bring :

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing or a comparable role

  • Experience in translating complex products or services into clear commercial messaging

  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive initiatives

  • Comfort in working closely with commercial teams and senior stakeholders

  • Proven ability in applying AI effectively

  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS or market data is a strong advantage

Growth :

You join BIQH at a stage where your contribution directly influences how we position ourselves and how marketing supports our commercial development. Growth here means increased responsibility and influence – not additional hierarchy.

What we offer :

  • Gross salary between €60,000 and €70,000 per year (excluding holiday allowance), depending on relevant experience and track record.

  • We start with a 12-month contract, with the intention to continue with a permanent agreement upon mutual satisfaction.

  • Eligibility for participation in our Virtual Stock Unit (VSU) program after 7 months of employment.

  • 27 paid days off (full-time basis), pension scheme, annual education budget and hybrid working.

  • The possibility to work from our Motivation Center in Piedmont, Italy.

Application process

You will receive a response to your application within 48 hours.

The process consists of two interviews. We aim to complete the process within three weeks.
