The position of the .NET Developer at BIQH

You will be part of our international development team which consists of a group of 12 professionals, divided over three teams, aiming this year to grow towards 16 professionals. Your tasks are diverse and include (but are not limited to):

Development (70% of your time)

Our philosophy is that everything we build should be API first. Everything within our platform is built on our GraphQL API Suite. Our product demands are rapidly expanding, and together with your fellow developers, the product owner and Epic Lead, you form a team to make sure our products are finished on time. Within your development work, you will work 80% of your time on new epics and 20% of your time on maintaining previously created epics. Almost all of our software is made with .NET 8 or higher and most epics are backend oriented.

Coaching / Reviewing (20% of your time)

Our team consists of a mix of experienced and less experienced developers, All share a passion for feedback! One of your goals is to review work of other members of the team and grow together with them.

Other (10% of your time)

You will participate in the creating technical designs, participate in AI sessions for shared knowledge growth and we follow the scrum methodology following planning, demo and retrospective sessions. As such you will spend part of your time on this.

Whom are we looking for as our new .NET Developer

We are searching for an entrepreneurial spirit. Not all processes within our organisation are defined yet, we need your help to help us organize our organisation better. The ideal candidate has the following experience, expertise, and personal characteristics:

• 3+ years of development with .NET. Currently our major solutions are build on .NET 8&9

• Fullstack experience is a pre, bringing in experience with Vue, Svelte or other frameworks.

• Experience with MS SQL & Stored procedures

• Experience using GraphQL is a pre

• Experience with streaming/subscription based data is a pre.

• Experience in working in an agile environment, preferably familiar using tools like Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket/Git based flows.

• Forward thinking and ambitious mindset.

• Flexible and accurate in switching between different tasks and projects.
