The position of the Scrum Master at BIQH

You will be part of the core development team at BIQH, where you ensure that the Scrum process is effectively implemented and continuously improved. Your goal is to help the team operate at its best by facilitating communication, eliminating obstacles, and championing a culture of collaboration and agility.

Ensure our development process (Approx. 60%)
You’ll be the guardian of the Scrum framework within the development teams. Your responsibilities include:

• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).

• Maintaining a well-organized, prioritized backlog together with the Product Owner.

• Identifying, tracking, and removing impediments to ensure smooth delivery.

• Monitoring team velocity and ensuring timely deliveries.

• Encouraging accountability, transparency, and a strong team dynamic.

Professionalize our company (Approx. 40%)
As a process improvement advocate, you’ll:

• Continuously assess and refine our agile development processes.

• Recommend and implement tools and best practices to optimize team performance.

• Challenge the status quo to elevate our delivery quality and team maturity.

• Collaborate with other departments to align business and technology initiatives.

Whom are we looking for as our new Scrum Master?

We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative, and driven Scrum Master who thrives in a dynamic environment. You are eager to shape and elevate development processes and foster high-performing teams.

You ideally bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

• Proven ability to lead distributed and cross-functional teams.

• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and maintaining team cadences.

• Ability to identify and remove blockers to maintain sprint momentum.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, and agile metrics.

• A background or interest in FinTech or SaaS platforms is a plus.

• Knowledge of PSM, ITIL, ISO27001, or SOC2 standards is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s or University degree in IT or related field is preferred.
